A Little Bit of Everything

Grandfathered coastal cabins subject to long-term leases, but a rare chance to own private beach in California.  Great article by Marni Leff Kottle at S.F. Gate discusses the history of the Half Moon Bay parcel and shows how coastal development and access laws have changed property ownership, access, construction… well, everything over the last fifty years.
